Industrial Development | Desert Hot Springs, CA
This project is a master-planned commercial and industrial development on approximately 14.41-acres located in the City of Desert Hot Springs. The project includes a 210,662-square-foot cannabis facility housing cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution activities with a 22,930-square-foot two-story office component, a 8,218 square-foot multi-tenant retail building, that will provide four (5) retail spaces, and a 3,311-square-foot drive-thru restaurant. The site is designed with integrated landscaping, on-site stormwater infiltration areas, EV charging stations, low-emission vehicle parking, and bicycle lanes to promote sustainability and accessibility.
Unique and high-quality architecture is an integral part to the success of any development. The design of this Master Plan Development generates a creative and tasteful environment that enhances the industrial park and retail shopping experience. A variety of materials and colors are being used to promote visual diversity. A range of muted earth tones are coordinated through the project, with contrasting color accents to emphasize architectural detailing at building entries.
Scope of the project includes a complete onsite and offsite improvements. LADG worked with a team of civil engineers and environmental consultants to complete the filing of an EIR Addendum for approval of Conditional Use Permit. The entitlement of this project was completed in December 2025.
