Red Maple Village | Tracy, CA
The timeless main street design theme highlights commercial shop space fronting the primary entry drive on Valpico, leading to a Raley’s Fresh Market. Raley’s Fresh Market is an upscale fresh food and lifestyle market concept which is the anchor for this Village Center. The pedestrian experience is enlivened with tree-lined sidewalks, enhanced plaza and gathering areas, colorful banners and attractive accent lighting. The project design purpose is to create a destination environment for relaxed and convenient shopping blended with dining, service, office, and residential uses.
Development of Phase II and Phase III of this project entail continued theme of retail shops with mixed use of The Learning Experience, and a mix of single family and multifamily residential development directly connected to the Village Center. This project continued to have candidacy for LEED Core and Shell Certification for the retail component.
