Quick Quack Car Wash | 30+ Locations
LADG was selected in 2021 as the primary architectural firm for the Quick Quack Express Car Wash prototype, providing design and project delivery services for over 30 locations across California. Our scope includes initial site planning, development of context-sensitive building design motifs, entitlement services, full Construction Documents, and comprehensive Construction Administration.
Each drive-thru car wash facility is based on a 3,588 sq. ft. prototype, incorporating vacuum canopies and accessory-use service enclosures. Sites range from pad locations within shopping centers to standalone parcels and remodels of existing car wash facilities, each adapted to their unique operational and environmental conditions.
This program remains active, with ongoing involvement through construction support and project closeout.
